Back in the Spring we went to the zoo for the first time and if you remember that blog entry Brayden really wasn't old enough to care so we decided to give it a second try.
We went with Grandpa and Grandma Mortensen and he really enjoyed all the animals. 
I think his favorites were the Prairie Dogs and Meerkats because they were smaller and not as scary as the bigger animals.
He also really liked all the big cats that were there (lions, snow leopard, tiger, cheetah,etc) because the whole way home he meowed.
Of course none of the animals mattered to him once he got to sit in the big car and drive. Luckily we saved that for very last. 
It was so much fun I can't wait till it gets warm again so we can go back!
